Our mission
Our vision
In ten years, New York produces new ideas only it could produce: deeper companies and deeper tech, art shaped by technology and science, better stories. Building and solving become the city's default culture.
Why it matters
New York has the best raw material in the world and a social layer built for deals. We're building the one built for ideas.
The most important ideas usually sound wrong at first. People only say them to people they trust, and trust comes from seeing the same people again and again.
A weekly rhythm, shared rituals and small groups inside a larger tribe. Outside them, almost nothing does. We're building a congregation organized around ideas.
Ideas cross fields here that never meet elsewhere, so founders, artists and researchers find cofounders, first users and audiences among people who already know their work.
As more of what gets built in New York starts in rooms like these, building and solving stop being a niche and become how the city works.

How we got started
New York has plenty of mixers and panels. What it doesn't have is many places where you see the same people every week. So we started one.
We work side by side, talk about ideas that matter, and wander the city together, until acquaintances become friends and friends start building things together.
How it works
Volunteers from the community host every event. Some nights we team up with partners, always in our format: conversation first.
No clubhouse. We meet wherever the city lets us: hotels, libraries, cafés, coworking floors and parks.
RSVP on Luma and come. If you're working on something and happy to be in the room, you belong here.
